Gregory Ku, PhD

I am a currently clinical fellow in Endocrinology and Metabolism in the Department of Medicine. I received my M.D. Ph.D and did my internal medicine residency at UCSF. I was a graduate student in Art Weiss' lab at UCSF where I worked on small GTPases in on T cell activation. My current clinical and research interest is diabetes. My research project is to perform a whole genome RNA interference screen in pancreatic beta cells. Other projects include working with Hunter and Weronika on identifying microRNA targets and looking at features of functional small hairpin RNAs.
