I am the master of manipulating mice embryos for the McManus lab: general surgery; collection of preimplantation embryos from oviduct and uteri; pronuclear DNA microinjection, subzonal lentivirus microinjection, blastocyst ESc microinjection; embryo transfer; isolation and collection of follicles from mouse ovary; slice of ovary tissue;  cell and tissue culture; in vitro fertilization in rodents; sperm, oocyte and embryo manipulation: including ICSI, assisted hatching, polar body and blastomere biopsy; sperm, embryo, oocyte and ovary tissue cryopreservation.
