I am a May 2018 graduate of Washington University in Saint Louis with a major in Biochemistry and a minor in Anthropology. I have worked in several labs, and my research interests range from epigenetics to glucocorticoids to metabolism. My most recent research project was a submitted and approved thesis at WUSTL on the R140Q mutant allele of the isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 enzyme, which is recurrent in leukemia and implicated in genomic silencing. I am a transplant to the Bay Area; so in my free time, I love exploring the city and nearby area.
