I'm an Assistant Professor in Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. My scientific interests are related to Type 2 Diabetes and the mechanisms involved in beta cell proliferation and death. I'm also interested in the role played by ncRNAs in these processes. In my spare time I enjoy playing with my kids and also running is one of my favourite sports.
