I am a Bay Area native who recently received a degree in Microbial Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. While at Berkeley, I conducted research on human tear fluid and its effects on antibiotic susceptibility in Pseudomonas eye infections. I am excited to continue practicing biological research as a Junior Specialist within the ViraCore program at UCSF, and I plan to take full advantage of this position by learning as much as possible before pursuing graduate school. In my spare time, I love to play basketball, craft, hike, and continue to explore the Bay Area with friends and family.
