I grew up in New Hampshire and did my undergrad at Merrimack College where I studied sexual selection in Poeciliidae fish. In between undergrad and starting at UCSF, I spent time in Boston working at the Immune Disease Institute as well as at the Broad studying T cell biology. I'm excited to learn about technology development and am especially interested in non-coding genes! In my spare time, I love to get outside for hikes or to explore a new neighborhood or brewery.
