Amy Chang, BS

I was born in Lexington, KY, but moved to the Bay Area when I was 5. I grew up in the South Bay, then went to college at UC Berkeley, where I majored in Bioengineering and French before starting in the Biophysics program at UCSF in 2011. My research interests include: systems biology, optical microscopy development, and studying/modeling the development of complex behavior from simple starting principles. When not in the lab, I enjoy: cooking and baking, gardening, hiking, and hanging out with my friends.
