malin_akerblom

I grew up a small town in the most south part of Sweden. In 2014 I obtained my PhD degree in Neuroscience at Lund University. My PhD work focused on the role of miRNA in neurogenesis and cell specification, and I studied the activity of miRNA as well as I modulated the expression of individual miRNA in specific cell types in the brain. I spend a lot of my spare time outdoors; walking, running and horseback riding, or I meet with family and friends.
