I am the master of mice for the McManus lab: general surgery; collection of oocytes and embryos from fallopian tubes and uteri; pronuclear microinjection, embryo transfer, isolation and collection of follicles from mouse ovary; slice of ovary tissue; cell and tissue culture; in vitro fertilization in rodents; sperm, oocyte and embryo manipulation: including ICSI, assisted hatching, polar body and blastomere biopsy; sperm, embryo, oocyte and ovary tissue cryopreservation.
